Midasco was founded by Joe Dunn and Regina McManus as Mid-Atlantic Steel Contractors in 1982 to provide installation of reinforcing steel. As the Company and staff grew and the ability to manage projects improved the Company expanded its scope of services in 1989 to include the furnishing and installation of highway signing. Around this time the company name changed to Midasco, Inc to reflect the expanded range of services.
