DELTA has been tasked to provide Acquisition Planning and Portfolio Management support to the DISA Program Executive Office for Mission Assurance Network Operations (PEO MA/NetOps). The individual will be responsible to the PEO for ensuring that acquisitions are conducted properly.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Developing acquisition strategies and plans

Drafting/editing statements of work and performance work statements

Assisting with the development of independent government cost estimates (IGCEs)

Assisting with the development and review of program plans, spend plans, and presentations

Scheduling reviews and updates
-
Coordinating documentation for acquisition packages

Coordinating financial documents required to support the budget process
-
Drafting and coordinating documents that support the acquisition of enterprise solutions

Leading and guiding diverse teams through the acquisition process, and providing guidance throughout the source selection process.
Qualifications
Education: A bachelor’s degree is preferred. Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) Program Management Level II certification or equivalent is preferred (required (Sr)).
Years Experience: Five years minimum experience (ten years (Sr)), preferable in a DoD acquisition office and three years of directly relevant acquisition planning experience is preferred.
Technical Skills: The candidate should have familiarity with the FAR, DFAR, and DoD 5000 series regulations. Good oral and written communication skills are a must. The candidate must have the ability to collaborate with team members, multi-task and adapt to change.
Clearance Level: Secret level security clearance is required.
