Pay Rate: $75K-$85K

As an NAE Analyst, your responsibilities will include identifying issues, analyzing data, and developing strategies to achieve objectives. You will manage the preparation of analyses, evaluations, and recommendations for implementation, as well as provide complex statistical modeling and analysis. Evaluating existing business goals, team functionality, and cross-discipline cooperation to enhance internal performance, reduce throughput time, and minimize costs while improving overall quality will be essential. Additionally, you will implement improved systems, procedures, and organizational changes to drive efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related discipline; work toward a master's degree is favorable.
  • 10+ years of experience with the U.S. Navy or Marine Corps.
  • Experience with Naval Aviation databases, Aviation Management Supply, and Readiness Reporting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with data manipulation, visualization tools, and SharePoint.
