Overview

This unique leadership position will oversee practice operations at Richland Pediatrics with locations in both Mansfield and Shelby. Hours are Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm with some flexibility. No holidays or weekends. Travel is required between the locations.

The RN Clinical Leader oversees day-to-day clinical operations. The RN Clinical Leader assesses, delegates, supervises, and provides patient care. The RN Clinical Leader provides for patient safety and quality. Practices professional nursing in accordance with the ANA Code of Ethics for Nurses.

Responsibilities

* Assists in maintaining clinical operations, planning, evaluating, and controlling program services, and ensuring that standards are met.
* Effectively interacts with patient, families, and health care team. Serves as a role model for others.
* Manages clinical operations, performs daily staffing, and schedules within budget parameters. Performs activities related to staff management, time and attendance, scheduling, event report follow-up, performance appraisals, competency assessment, and acts as preceptor. Conducts interviews for new staff and performs audits.
* Plans, implements, and evaluates program changes.

Qualifications

Education: BSN Preferred or 3 years of leadership experience, required.

Licensure: Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state of Ohio, required.

Certifications: BLS Certification.

Experience: Three years of pediatric clinical experience or equivalent combination of education or experience, preferred.
