Job Description
This position is responsible for acting as a change agent for business functional changes as well as support for business functions on FIS core applications used in the bank. It also requires project management and leadership capabilities to drive FIS projects and initiatives with internal business partners and vendor relationships.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Provide functional support for FIS core banking applications such as IBS, Image Centre.
- Manages assigned projects through various stages of the process to meet the proposed project schedule.
- Act as a change and processing agent for Bank Control configurations and Mass Exchange changes on IBS.
- Serve as main point of contact to working with internal business partners to solve and troubleshoot open questions or issues on core banking applications.
- Engage closely with key stakeholders in business, technology and project management team to provide transparency and provide reports on progress, risks and issues.
- Understand needs of functionality gaps for business partners and work with them to provide solutions.
- Help educate business partners on FIS business applications use and capabilities.
- Work with Learning and Development teams to educate so they can create training materials.
Required Skills:
- Core Banking knowledge. This includes Deposit and Loan experience.
- Experience with use and understanding of banking platforms.
- Excellent communication skills -- working closely with internal business partners and vendor relationships.
- Ability to drive change and lead by example.
- Ability to do independent research and analysis.
- Proficiency in WORD, EXCEL and PowerPoint.
Required Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of Core Banking experience with deposits and loans and project management.
Preferred Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree and/or 2 years core processing system experience.
- Experience using IBS Insight or Teller Insight platforms.
- PMP Certification.
