Our manufacturing client is looking for a Dynamics 365 Solutions Analyst to join their team.

Due to client requirement, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Pay Rate: $60.00 - $70.00/hr on W2

Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be taken into account when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting is a reflection of a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided pay range.

Responsibilities of the Dynamics 365 Solutions Analyst:
  • Understand needs and translate them into clear and concise requirements
  • Analyze existing systems, processes, and workflows to identify areas for improvement
  • Facilitate the adoption and adherence to SDLC best practices within the development team
  • Define and document SDLC processes
  • Ensure alignment with industry standards and compliance requirements
  • Assist with Power BI development based on Enterprise Data
  • Develop test plans, test cases, and test scenarios based on project requirements
  • Investigate and resolve defects, ensuring software quality and reliability
  • Identify project risks related to SDLC processes, timelines, and resource allocation
  • Mitigate risks by implementing effective strategies and contingency plans
Requirements of the Dynamics 365 Solutions Analyst:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • At least 2 years of direct experience with SDLC and Change Management
  • Experience with Dynamics 365 Full Stack capabilities
  • Experience with LCS
  • Proven track record of developing solutions in compliance with enterprise security requirements
  • Proficiency in requirements analysis, process modeling, testing processes and documentation
  • Working knowledge of Azure Synapse integration from D365
  • Working knowledge of Common Data Service, Java, X++, Azure DevOps, Data Management, and Power Platform Build Tools
  • Strong understanding of SDLC and Project Methodologies (e.g., Continuous Build, Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)
  • Understanding of Integration Patterns between D365, Power Platform and Microsoft Productivity tools
