The AP collaborates extensively with key stakeholders to ensure a whole-child approach is taken to student success, which includes students' houseparents and parents/sponsors. Ensuring positive academic growth and outcomes is a component of the job which includes monitoring assessment data, facilitating support plans, remediation efforts, and more. Oversight of summer school, Saturday Academy, SEL programming, monitoring student behavior, safety, wellness, and committee leadership are additional aspects of the job. This position pays $100,000 to $130,000 annually plus an excellent benefits package.
