As a systems engineer on our team, you have the chance to design operational networks systems in support of technology-enabled law enforcement investigations. Your technical expertise will be vital as you evaluate and modernize high reliability systems. You'll develop your skills in managing multiple enclaves while gaining experience in Linux and Microsoft platforms. Grow your skills by merging network engineering and troubleshooting to create an environment that supports flexible, real-time needs from law enforcement. You Have:

  • 4+ years of experience maintaining technical systems

  • 2+ year of experience working in Microsoft and Linux environments

  • 2+ years of experience with network monitoring and tools

  • 2+ years of experience with Splunk and Tenable

  • 1+ year of experience with system design

  • 1+ year of experience with technical writing

  • Knowledge of open systems standards, including Open System Interconnection, International organization of Standardization, Open-system environment, and Technical Architecture Framework for Information Management

  • Top Secret clearance

  • Associate's degree

  • Bachelor's degree in System Engineering

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $60,400.00 to $137,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
