As a Marketing Intern at Blanchard Machinery, you will be involved in a range of exciting tasks, including:

Content Creation: Craft and edit compelling content for internal and external marketing purposes.
• Project Support: Collaborate with the marketing team on various projects, including event management, social media marketing, lead management, and campaign planning and execution.
• Customer Relations: Engage with employees and customers, fostering positive business relationships.
• Promoting Company Values: Contribute to a positive work environment and embody the vision, mission, and values of Blanchard Machinery.
• Safety and Health: Complete all job responsibilities with a strong commitment to safety, promoting a healthy work environment.

• At least 2 years of college experience in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Availability to work up to 30 hours per week during the internship period.
• Proficiency in using computers and various software applications.
• Possession of a valid driver's license with the willingness to travel for business purposes. Overnight travel might be offered but is not required.
• Strong critical thinking skills and keen attention to detail.
• Excellent phone and email etiquette for effective internal and external communications.
• High level of personal integrity, capable of handling and maintaining confidential information.
• Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with executives, managers, employees, and customers.

Working Conditions

• The physical environment requires the employee to work both inside and outside throughout the year.
• Required use of personal protective equipment required (all PPE will be provided by Blanchard)
• Position requires that the employee work on-site at designated location.
