THE COMPANY - Work with one of the World's Largest American Owned Aerospace and Technology companies.

The Connected Aviation Solutions (CAS) Billing & Collections Group is seeking a Cash Applications Person to be a part of our (AR) Accounts Receivable Team. The CAS Billing and Collections Team is responsible for the Collections and Cash Application of our Commercial Airlines, Business Jet Customers and other various accounts. The cash applications role will be responsible for Daily Coding and Application of all Cash to customer accounts as well as uploading customer Invoices into their respective portals. This role will also include working closely with our collections team in identifying payments and assisting in account reconciliations. In addition, the candidate must be an effective communicator with the ability to multitask and have attention to detail.

Experience:

-Experience applying basic accounting knowledge of Credits & Debits, experience using ERP system (SAP is a strong PLUS, not required).

-Prior experience dealing with reconciliations, transactional accounting, or any book keeping transferrable.

Primary Responsibilities:

* Daily Coding / Applying Cash Receipts

* Reconciling cash related entries

* Scanning and indexing daily cash receipts

* Research customer payments

Requirements:

* High School diploma/GED

* Associate or bachelor's degree in business, Communications and/or Accounting is (a plus)

* 2 - 3 years' experience working with A/R transactions and Credits / Debits for a large corporation

* Excellent communication and analytical skills

* Intermediate Excel skills
