Responsibilities

The roles and responsibilities consist of, but are not limited to the following:

    Support development of both Sponsor internal and external classified websites to convey the Sponsor's message
  • Serve as the SharePoint Site Collection Administrator
  • Update website content with particular fields of information, ensuring all entries are classified correctly and accurately
  • Support development of graphics content for websites, placemats, and newsletters
  • Support gathering and creating content, editing content, and disseminating the monthly Newsletter ensuring all entries are classified correctly and accurately
  • Support development of branding and marketing as needed
  • Manage website updates and review webpages for adherence to Sponsor and Federal policies
  • Identify and/or help to implement new website technologies
  • Support conversion of legacy websites to adhere to current branding and layout
  • Plan, develop, and execute new pages for Sponsor's website
  • Develop a communication plan and strategic roadmap that aligns with Sponsor's strategies for recommendation to Center Leadership
  • Support other ad-hoc web development needs.
Qualifications
  • Must Possess and Maintain a TS/SCI with Poly
  • Must successfully pass Sponsor's SharePoint Collection Administrator training.
  • Demonstrated experience working in a collaborative, fast paced environment with a willingness to assist and support teams with evolving requirements and objectives
  • Strong analytical abilities and skills in organizing, planning, communicating, and executing project management tasks
  • Ability to rapidly and effectively analyze and prioritize tasks, solve problems, work several tasks concurrently, and efficiently manage a high volume of emails, develop fluency with online tracking tools
  • Proven ability to work independently while also coordinating, collaborating, and liaising with appropriate stakeholders
  • Ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships with officers at all levels of the organization
  • Demonstrated good judgment, initiative and critical thinking ability to take action to execute mission by leveraging networks and drawing on multiple areas of expertise
  • Ability to support multiple programs and projects simultaneously
  • Extensive experience preparing briefings and documentation for all levels of audiences
  • Ability to translate technical information and communicate it to a non-technical audience
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Self-starter with strong initiative and follow through
  • Expert level skills with Microsoft Office products
  • Bachelor's (or equivalent) with 8 - 10 yrs. of experience, or a Master's with 6 - 8 yrs. of experience, or relevant experience
