This is a hybrid opportunity. Candidates may work remotely 3 days per week, and report to the office the other 2 days each week.
Overview: IntelliBridge is an award-winning national security company with an immediate opening for a Graphic Designer to support a federal law enforcement client's gang intelligence program. The Graphic Designer will independently produce a variety of communication products and graphic designs. The position requires creative confidence, working collaboratively to understand customer requirements, and an eye for quality design. The Graphic Designer will create and edit presentations, brochures, infographics, reports and intranet sites using Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft SharePoint. Audiences will include government officials at all levels and the general public. The Graphic Designer will serve as consultant and advisor in all areas of desktop publishing, graphic art production, and SharePoint design. This position is exempt.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience and a bachelor's degree or 8 years of experience without a degree.
- Ability to determine scope, nature, and intended audience of the information being conveyed.
- Ability to demonstrate seasoned judgment in selecting and designing visual materials to ensure presentations are prepared according to requirements.
- Ability to analyze suitability of text and photographs for clarity, consistency, and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Photo Shop, SharePoint, and Creative Suite.
- Work with SharePoint developers in designing intranet sites for the client.
- Excellent communication skills with emphasis on effectively communicating program details with all levels of management.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience and an understanding of guidelines established by the Government Printing Office Style manuals, standards found in the US Department of Justice Graphic Standards Manual, or those issued by the Joint Committee on Printing Standards, and other federal guidelines and policies.
- Experience with web design is beneficial but not required.
