We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as an Account Management professional for Conquer Cancer's EveryGrant, an end-to-end white label solution that helps organizations develop and deliver grants programs that attract the brightest researchers and make a difference for people with cancer everywhere.
As part of our team, you will play a crucial role in developing external business accounts, supporting business development activities, and facilitating customer communication, retention, and growth.

Responsibilities
Execute on specific individual revenue goals
Achieve annual targets, building relationships and understanding customer trends
Promote EveryGrant in a wide variety of settings - stakeholder discussions, conferences and industry events, etc.
Effectively communicate the EveryGrant value proposition through proposals and presentations
Stay abreast of industry trends, challenges, and emerging needs and advise on gaps within the field where EveryGrant can provide innovative solutions
Identify and implement improvements to the EveryGrant accounts and sales strategy and collaborate to inform strategic positioning of EveryGrant to customers, partners, and market influencers
Collaborate with the cross-functional program teams to identify requirements for customer and business engagement and to proactively propose new program concepts to serve customer needs
Participate in collective operational planning across departments, develop new approaches to improve department capacity and performance, and identify and plan to meet under/unmet customer needs
Serve as the escalation point for customer issues
Represent the voice of the customer and provide information based on client feedback, market trends, competitive intelligence, and industry research
Maintain accurate lead management and account data in StratusLive, Smartsheet, and/or CRM software
Required Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent professional experience
8 - 10 years' experience in a Business Development or Account Management role including strategy and implementation
Knowledge and experience in healthcare industry content and trends

Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines, prioritize, and multi-task
Ability to determine goals and priorities and to assess the actions, time, and resources needed to achieve those goals
Excellent relationship management skills
Ability to engage customers and manage difficult customers
Expert in initiating and building relationships as an account executive
Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
Excellent communications skills, including written communication skills
Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
Abilityto communicate and workeffectivelywith cross-organizational teams.
