As a Senior Modeling and Simulation Engineer, you will:

  • Conduct engineering-level Modeling and Simulations (M&S)analyses and identify and implement M&S best practices.

Responsibilities of aSenior Modeling and Simulation Engineer include:

  • Decomposing data and requirements and align them with models to support gap assessments.
  • Providing input regarding M&S techniques for the design, development, and planning of M&S activities.
  • Developing operational scenarios to identify critical data requirements.
  • Executing M&S strategies to develop and test Tactics, Techniques and Procedures (TTPs) via Joint Live, Virtual, and Constructive (JLVC) environment.
  • Supporting test exercises and developing M&S services requirements to achieve test objectives.
  • Observing and analyzing test and evaluation operations to ensure alignment with military doctrines, policies, and procedures.
  • Supporting research and coordination, developing program test plans and detailed test plans.
  • Supporting the development ofM&S verification, validation, and accreditation planning activities.
Job Requirements
  • Mustbe a U.S. Citizen
  • CBP BI or SSBI(Top Secret clearance)or DHS ClearanceREQUIRED
  • Bachelor's Degree in STEM fieldand 10+ years of experience; or HS Diploma and 16+ years of experience.
  • Must have practical experience and project management knowledge necessary to manage large and complex program requirements and initiatives throughout OA and CBP.
  • Knowledge of and experience in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and SharePoint are required.
