Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Incoming Quality Analyst to join our team. You will be responsible for receiving, inspecting, and testing of incoming product from our vendors, ensuring accuracy and functionality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspect incoming materials including inventory or internal product deliveries; notify the warehouse manager for unacceptable or incomplete receipts.
  • Complete data entry for each material receipt identifying each item with a purchase order line item.
  • Forward received inventory and receipt traveler to inventory warehouse or internal purchaser, and forward the receipt traveler to Accounts Payable.
  • Complete NCM or Material Discrepancy reports for return or disposal processing.
  • Serve as a backup person for Quality Assurance and Final Inspection Control.
  • Ensure that performance and quality products conform to established company and regulatory standards. Communicates with manufacturing, engineering, and program management to ensure customer requirements are met.
  • Reviews, analyzes, and reports on quality discrepancies. Investigates problems and develops corrective actions for recurring discrepancies including a root cause analysis for any corrective actions that take place.

Job Requirements

Qualifications and Skills:

  • High School Diploma minimum required.
  • 3+ years of experience working in a product integration and/or warehouse environment.
  • Ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds.
  • Required to stand, walk, and use hands frequently.
  • Proficient in MS Office products to include Excel and Windows desired.
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills; ability to interact required.
  • A professional attitude regarding attention to detail and customer service.
  • Competent Technical Writing Skills.
  • Ability to format data for basic analysis.
  • Willingness to complete training courses and pass exams for required competence training.
  • The successful candidate must meet eligibility requirements to access sensitive information, which requires US citizenship.
