ANALYGENCE is seeking a Deputy Program Manager for a pending bid to support USAID Bureau for Policy, Learning and Resources (PLR) with institutional support services to program offices at USAID Missions.
Provide full time institutional support staff to the USAID Bureau for Policy, Learning and Resources (PLR).
Provide short-term technical assistance (STTA) and surge support to PPL and USAID Missions overseas.
Support a smooth transition of existing institutional support contractor staff from multiple Agency contracts to the new contract.
Integrate learning and adaptive management throughout contract implementation.
Minimum Secret clearance required
A minimum of ten years of relevant full-time professional experience in project management, contract administration, professional and organizational development, and/or personnel management and recruitment
Master's degree in a relevant field (May substitute equivalent, relevant full-time professional experience for a degree)
Experience in senior management of U.S. Government contracts of a similar complexity
Knowledge of USAID programs and policies
Proven experience in adaptive management and leading organizational learning
Demonstrated understanding of the principles of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Accessibility (DEIA) and Equal Employment Opportunity
Background in Performance Management and Professional Development of personnel including development of Individual Learning and Training Plans (ILTP)
Excellent communications and client relations skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite to include Teams or similar workplace chat and videoconferencing tools
Preferred Qualifications
Top Secret Clearance
Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
Experience with the USAID Bureau for Policy, Learning and Resources
Experience overseeing programs with overseas personnel
