Description

Researches, designs, and implements procedures to study individual school or divisionwide programs and projects; utilizes various data collection techniques to plan, design, and implement research studies; produces quantitative and qualitative analyses and reporting for Leadership decision-making; analyzes educational programs for school improvement; consults with and provides technical assistance to schools, regions, and central office administrators regarding evaluation and monitoring activities.

Qualifications

Required

• Master's degree in a social science field such as educational research, educational evaluation, psychology, sociology, or a related field.
• Five (5) years of progressively more responsible experience in educational research, assessment, and/or program evaluation.
• Knowledge of program evaluation, methodology, advanced statistical analysis, qualitative, and quantitative research methods.
• Knowledge of public education mission, organization, instructional goals, and curriculum practices.
• Demonstrated proficiency in research design, data collection methods, and statistics.
• Proficiency in the use of technology and data compilation, analysis, and reporting.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to establish and maintain cooperative relationships with other school personnel and other administrators.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.

• Doctoral degree.

$84,634 - $144,018
