Work Location: Washington, DC
Kwaan Tech is seeking highly qualified administrative professionals to join our team in support of the Department of the Treasury Office of Intelligence Analysis.
Core Duties:
- Conduct analysis of workforce structure and position descriptions
- Coordinate revision and streamlining of OIA position descriptions based off of workforce analysis
- Support PSO in implementing changes to organizational structure
- Support PSO efforts to integrate new organizational structure with performance management strategy
