A week in the life of aAgile TransformationLead:

  • Serve as aneffective leader and facilitator working with all levels ofanorganization to achieve a successful enterprise Agile transformation.
  • Applya disciplined and methodical approach that assists organizations in defining their Agile best practices based on the Agile principles tailored toorganization's needs andspecific abilities.
  • Train teams on Agile, Scrum, XP, Kanban, DevSecOps, and Scaled Agile (SAFe).
  • Coach senior leadership working through organizational impediments and promoting an Agile development culture.
  • Manage and facilitate teams in software and hardware development including Data Warehousing, Business Intelligence, Web Services, Web Development, and Network implementation.
  • Establish the Lean Agile Center of Excellence (LACE.
  • RunKanban teams identifying, defects and enhancements and runningthemthroughCCB.

Actual compensation will be determined based on several factors permitted by law. Job Requirements
  • Required:Minimum experiencerequirement (10 years) withpreferably20 years of experience.
  • Required:CertifiedSAFeProduct Owner/Product Manager.
  • Preferred education: A Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in business management, information technology management, or a related field.
  • Domain expertise:Agile Transformation,Product Management,Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe),DevSecOps
  • Technical skills:Organizational Change/ Best Practices Institute,Agile Development,Agile Coaching,Agile tools including Version One, Rally, HP Agile Manager, and Jira,DevSecOps tools and processes,Continuous Integration (CI)/Continuous Delivery (CD)
  • Other preferred certifications:SAFeProgram Consultant SPC5,Certified Scrum Professional; Cert Scrum Master,IC Agile Certified Professional (ICP),Large Scale Scrum (LeSS),Certified Project Manager,Disciplined Agile Delivery (DA)
  • Previous Transportation Security Administration (TSA) personnel clearance preferred but not required.
  • Prior experience with and knowledge of TSA's mission priorities, systems, and applications preferred but not required.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills. Ability to coordinate across large groups of people at multiple levels.
