American Radiology Services, Inc. ("ARS") began operations on February 1, 1997. The Company, which was primarily formed by the combination of four large physician groups (Johns Hopkins Imaging, LLC; Diagnostic Radiology Associates, P.A.; Schultze, Snider & Associates, P.A.; and Calvert Radiology Associates), owns and operates fixed site diagnostic imaging centers located throughout Maryland. Services provided include Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI), Cat Scan (CT), Positron Emission Tomography (PET), Nuclear Medicine, Dual Energy X-ray Absorption (DEXA), Ultrasound, Mammography, Fluoroscopy and X-ray.
