The Strategic Division (SD) supports high-reliability organizations including Navy Strategic Systems Programs (SSP), Air Force Nuclear Weapons Center, and the Department of Energy (DOE), among others. Our support across our client base is expanding rapidly and encompasses important services, such as data analytics and visualization, threat analysis, risk management, modeling and simulation, cost estimating, earned value management, program management, system engineering, independent evaluation, and High Consequence Event prevention.
The Strategic Systems Analysis Group (SSAG) supports government and private sector strategic planning, decision making, and program management. SSAG integrates deep client knowledge, advanced analytics, and subject matter expertise to provide timely and objective technical, operational, programmatic, acquisition, and policy analysis. SSAG is hiring for a Weapon Systems Engineer.
Support the Navy SSP customer in a fast paced environment with modeling and simulation (M&S) and systems engineering activities. Participate on multidisciplinary study teams and perform the following activities: study planning; modeling and simulation development, evaluation, verification, validation, and execution; data extraction and analysis. Develop scientific simulations and data processing tools and work with the multidisciplinary team to create integrated analysis reports and recommendations to clients. Provide support for the development of system requirements, specifications, and architecture. Support system of systems integration activities for missile development programs. This work is focused on weapon system modeling and analysis for both the technological and engineering aspects of weapon system design as well as modeling the concepts of operations for the weapon systems being analyzed.
